The IT infrastructure at Norwegian Cruise Line (NCLH) Shanghai, designed and installed by INNTECH
Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) controls approximately 8% of the total worldwide share of the cruise market.
As China’s largest and most prosperous city, Shanghai is an international metropolis that draws travelers from around the world.
Year 2017, NCL enters China market.
As the decision was made to build Shanghai as the HQ for NCL operations in APAC, the need came to find a reliable and competent IT supplier who knows how to integrate IT and Telecommunications, has expertise in China, and respects the international standards.
INNTECH was recommended to NCL by another customer, and won the full IT scope for the new office setup project, starting with structured cabling, IT room construction, data networking, CCTV, ACS, network security, video conferencing, etc.
INNTECH also designed, deployed, and maintains the Avaya call center system for NCL Shanghai, with over 100 agents.
The NCL global contact center project becomes a case study and reference for Avaya customers.
